”Lubi” 3 Core Flat Cables are manufactured for critical space requirement, protection against indefinite immersion in water under specified conditions, protection against rain-water and against ingress of small solid foreign bodies.

”Lubi” 3 Core Flat Cables are produced from best quality electrolytic copper, which is drawn, annealed on-line and bunched on automatic machines to ensure flexibility and uniform resistance. The conductors are insulated with a special grade of PVC on sophisticated co-extrusion lines. Outer sheath consists of highly abrasion resistant PVC compound impervious to grease, oil and water etc.

Conductor:The conductor is composed of high purity, bright annealed bare electrolytic grade copper wires complying to IS 8130:1984, which are drawn, annealed and bunched in high precision machines geometrically and appropriately to ensure apposite flexibility, uniform resistance and proper dimension.

Insulation: The bunch copper is insulated with a specially formulated PVC compound having high insulation resistance and dielectric strength and conforming to the requirements of Type A of IS 5831:1984 & also suitable to use from -15c to +70c rated conductor temperature. The high speed & fully synchronized extrusion process with automatic on-line controls gives consistence high Quality wire insulation.

Sheath:Special grade of abrasion resistant PVC compound confirming to the requirements of Type ST 1 of IS 5831:1984 is used as outer sheath and applied over the insulated laid up cores is suitable for outdoor uses & impermeable to water, grease, oil, etc..

Full-fledged testing laboratory compatible to related IS standards and competent team of engineers/technicians endorsed the best quality products.

Marking :The high speed printer ensures continuous print of Brand name, cable size, voltage grade, sequential marking, etc.. through out the cable length.
